By accessing or using Skill Within ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree with any part of these Terms, please don't use our Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers. We may update these Terms periodically; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Skill Within offers career-focused services including:

• Profile Audit (₹199): A visual audit report identifying issues and strengths in your LinkedIn profile and CV.
• Profile Fix (₹1,499): A complete improvement roadmap with step-by-step action plan and professional CV rewrite.
• Pro Career Upgrade (₹2,999): Everything in Profile Fix plus banner design, cover letter templates, interview prep, and 1-on-1 consultation.

All plans are delivered within 24 hours of submission. Service descriptions and pricing on our website are the most current and authoritative.

By using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not misrepresent your identity or credentials
• Not attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer our Service
• Respect the intellectual property of Skill Within and others

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payment is required upfront before service delivery.
• We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets.
• Payments are processed via trusted gateway partners. We don't store your card details.
• You're responsible for any bank charges, currency conversion fees, or transaction fees from your payment provider.

We are committed to delivering your audit or upgrade within 24 hours of successful payment and submission of required information.

If delivery is delayed due to reasons within our control, we'll notify you promptly. Delays caused by missing or incomplete information from you are not covered by this commitment.

All content on Skill Within — including text, graphics, logos, audit methodology, report templates, and software — is the property of Skill Within and protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

Your audit report is yours to use personally. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our reports, content, or methodology without written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit (CV, profile information, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use it solely to deliver the service you've paid for.

We may use anonymized, aggregate data to improve our services and methodology.

Skill Within provides career-improvement services in good faith with the goal of helping you build a stronger profile. However:

• We do not guarantee specific outcomes like job offers, interviews, salary increases, or career success.
• Results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, your industry, and how you act on our recommendations.
• Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Our website may contain links to third-party services (like LinkedIn). We're not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our Service. Already-delivered services remain valid; unfulfilled portions may be refunded at our discretion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

We encourage you to contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly through friendly communication.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent website notice. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
